Position Title: Rent Control Field Organizer
Reports To: Rent Control Campaign Organizer
Location: Hybrid – Eastern MA (in person civic engagement work in multiple counties in Eastern MA)
Salary Range: $30-35/hour
Type of Position: Temporary full-time (40 hours/week)

City Life Vida Urbana (CLVU) seeks three temporary Rent Control Field Organizers who will report to the Rent Control Campaign Organizer. City Life/Vida Urbana is a member organization of the Homes for All MA Coalition and involved in the Keep Massachusetts Home Campaign to win statewide rent control in Massachusetts. Between April 15, 2026 and December 15, 2026, Organizers will serve as team leads for rent control campaign civic engagement, including the spring signature drive and voter outreach and education in the summer and fall. This role involves substantial weekend and evening work.
