During the hearing, Broadway Capital Management claimed that they dedicated millions of dollars to her building during mediations. However, Ms. Diaz has yet to see any significant repairs to address rats' nests and roach infestations in her building. As soon as the Facebook live started to record the solidarity stand-out, Ms. Diaz received a text message from Broadway Capital Management offering repairs to her unit alone.
