Following the successful Oct. 20 hearing on corporate landlords & displacement, City Life is creating a volunteer Tenant Organizing Committee to help us step up outreach to buildings in East Boston and Dorchester.

Come to our Displacement Defenders/Organizing 101 Training on Jan 10, which will serve as the kick off to the Tenant Organizing Committee

You will learn how to:

 Canvass buildings where tenants are in danger of displacement

 Research corporate landlord cases coming up in Housing Court

 Support newly organized tenant associations fighting against rising rents and poor building conditions

 And much more!

This is for you if you want to do something about Boston's housing crisis and you have a few hours a month to volunteer.
