Our CLVU board is a tapestry woven from decades of struggle that reflects a multi-generational fight for housing justice. From co-founding voices 50 years ago to youth fighting eviction today, we stand together against displacement.

City Life/Vida Urbana is seeking a full time (40 hours per week) Human Resources Specialist who will play a key role in administering the organization’s payroll, benefits programs, and organizational culture. The HR specialist will earn $61,000-$70,000 (based on experience) as well as great benefits. The HR specialist will work closely with the Executive Staff to shape the organizational culture, as well as maintain constant communications with all staff regarding payroll, employer/employee laws, handbook items, and other administrative tasks. Applicants for the Human Resource Specialist position must be strongly committed to serving the interests of low- and moderate-income people and fighting racial, class, and gender-based oppression.
