By Public Transportation
Take the Orange line to the Stony Brook T-stop. Outside the station, turn left, walk to the corner and turn right onto Amory Street. You will see signs for Ula’s Café, turn left into the parking lot of the Brewery Bldg. If you look straight ahead, you will see the Brewery entrance, to the left will be Ula’s Café. Walk through the glass doorways, straight ahead, and turn right once inside, you will see the elevators and take them to the first floor. Turn right, and you will see the City Life/Vida Urbana office sign
Driving Directions
From Downtown Boston
Find and follow Tremont Street, at some point you will not be able to drive straight ahead, turn right onto Berkeley Street for about one long block until you can take a left back onto Tremont Street. Keep driving down Tremont Street.
You will pass Roxbury Community College on your left, then at the second traffic light past the college, will be Centre Street, the Jackson Square MBTA station will be on your right. Cross over the Centre Street traffic light, take your first right onto Amory Street, continue on Amory Street until you see a sign (red/white sign) on your left Brewery/Ula Café’s turn into parking lot and find a parking space. Once turning into the parking lot straight ahead will be entrance to the Brewery Bldg, 284 Amory, go inside, turn right and take elevator to the first floor. Turn right, and you will see the City Life/Vida Urbana office sign.
Via the Expressway (93)
Take the expressway to Exit 18 (Massachusetts Ave/Roxbury exit). At the intersection with Mass. Ave. go straight across Mass Ave. onto Melnea Cass Blvd. for one mile. Take a left onto Tremont Street (note: Tremont Street eventually becomes Columbus Avenue). Pass Roxbury Community College on your left, then at the second traffic light, Centre Street, the Jackson Square MBTA station will be on your right. After the Centre Street traffic light, take your first right onto Amory Street, continue on Amory until you see sign on left Brewery/Ula Café’s turn into parking lot and find a parking space. Turn right, and you will see the City Life/Vida Urbana office sign.
Via the Arborway
Take the Arborway south past the Longwood Medical Area Hospitals. When you first come to Jamaica Pond, on your right, at this traffic light take an immediate left onto Pond Street and go to the end of Pond Street. Take a right onto Centre Street. After the first traffic light you encounter, take the next left onto Seaverns Ave., follow Seaverns Ave bearing to the left until you come to a five way stop, drive straight ahead, through the five-way stop, until you come to the next stop sign (about two blocks) you will pass the Green Street MBTA station, turn left onto Amory Street. Drive down Amory Street until you see the signs for Brewery Bldg/Ula’s Café and drive into the parking lot. If you look straight ahead, you will see the Brewery entrance, to the left will be Ula’s Café. Walk through the glass doorways, straight ahead, and turn right once inside, you will see the elevators and take them to the first floor. Turn right, and you will see the City Life/Vida Urbana office sign.
Via Mass Pike (I-90) and Route 9
Eastbound on the Mass Pike, take exit 11, onto Route 95/128. Go south two exits about two miles to Route 9 East. Drive on Route 9 East for several miles. You will go past two malls, the Atrium on the right and Bloomingdales/Chestnut Hill Mall on the left. Driving further, you will go past a reservoir on your right, drive for about ¾ mile passing a more commercial area until you see signs for Arborway. Take a right turn leading onto the Arborway and follow the directions above.
